If you do not provide proof of payment, your item/package will not be supplied unless Tamir decides otherwise.
If you have an issue with a purchase, please create a ticket and you will be assisted by our staff members.
Distribution of a product is only allowed if it has been custom made for your server, however, products that are purchasable are not allowed to be shared and will result in legal action.
Releasing or taking credit for any product Tamir has made is strictly prohibited.
Sometimes if Tamir thinks it is right he will give a discount on a product, please do not create tickets or DM Tamir and ask for a discount on a product/package.
Unless there are multiple issues with a product, purchases are non-refundable.
If you leave/got removed from the discord server, you are not eligible to receive any product updates and or files.
